With the situation changing to Alert Level 4, we have not received clear guidance from Dental Council and Ministry of Health on what is safe procedure for face-to-face interactions with patients. In the best interests of community, we will have to close our clinic until further notice.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
Serious dental emergency cases will be referred to the hospital emergency department on as this is the only place currently permitted to see patients under current regulations to our knowledge. This will be updated as more information becomes available.
For those having temporary crowns or broken tooth or minor toothache, the best we can do at this stage is prescribe pain relief or give some hints through the phone.
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?
Daphne and Kyle will be available on our normal number 04 569 6808 to triage and answer any queries. Dr Alex and Dr Matt are on standby to give advice if needed. There will be no charge to our existing patients for advice given.
We still have full remote access to our server, database and your records and X-rays.
